Awards Competitive: Each winner and runner-up in each competitive category and following the championship game on Monday will receive an award. Both 1st and 2nd place teams of each division need to report to Headquarters immediately following the championship game to receive awards. Non-competitive: Each player will receive an award for participation which will be in coaches packet.
Dates Saturday & Sunday, May 29th & 30th, with playoffs for competitive divisions on Monday, May 31st.

Age Groups See application on registration link. Age groups and divisions are dependent on the number of applications received in that age group and division. The Tournament retains the right to combine age groups if needed.
Rosters Maximum Roster size for 6v6 teams is 13 players, 8v8 teams is 16 players, and 11v11 teams is 18 players. Rosters are not required in order to submit an application. Double rostering in the same age group/division is not permitted. 5 Guest Players are allowed per team. Proof of age and registration with your state must be provided. No Guest Players will be added to rosters once the tournament has started.
Duration 6v6: Games on Saturday and Sunday will consist of 2 twenty-minutes halves without a break at half-time. Players on the field will immediately switch ends and play will resume with no substitutions. 8v8: Games are divided into two 30-minute halves with a five-minute break at half time. 11v11: The preliminary games will consist of 30-minute halves with a five-minute break at half time. Monday playoff games will be 35 minute halves with a five-minute break at half time.
Eligibility USYA registered teams and players only. Proof of age is required. One of three methods may be used 1) photocopies of USYA player card, or 2) photocopy of signed and approved league roster, or 3) photocopy of birth certificates.
Fee An entrance fee of $305 for all 6v6 teams; $410 for all 8v8 teams; $420 for all 11v11 teams. Please make checks payable to the Amherst Soccer Club and attach to the signed Tournament Rules of Conduct after completing the online application. The fee is forfeitable if you do not play or withdraw after acceptance. If your team is not selected, your fee will be returned.
Tournament Cancellation The tournament Co-Directors reserve the right to cancel the tournament should inclement weather or other unforeseen events result in conditions that are hazardous to the participants or the facilities. Entrance fees will be equally assessed for the costs incurred by the tournament committee and the balance returned to each team. Entry Deadline DEADLINE IS APRIL 15, 2010. Final acceptance will be made on or about April 25, 2009 and upon receiving a signed copy of the Tournament Rules of Conduct. Team rosters and player releases are not required for submitting an application. It is recommended that applications be submitted as soon as possible (wait list last year). When accepting applicants, the date the application and the check are received is taken into consideration. No team will be scheduled for any matches until the full amount of the entrance fee and a signed copy of the Tournament Rules of Conduct form is received by the tournament registrar.
Registration All teams must check in and register prior to the tournament. Registration will be held on Friday, May 28th, at Tournament headquarters located at Souhegan High School between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. The following documents must be presented: an approved team roster, coach’s code of conduct, player cards (U11 and above), tournament medical release form for each player (only tournament medical release will be accepted) and a permission to travel for out of state teams.
Patches/Pins This is a patch/pin tournament. All players will exchange patches or pins with players of the opposing teams following each game. Please remember to bring enough patches or pins for the number of games your team will play.
Rules of Conduct Tournament Rules of Conduct will be strictly enforced to allow the players to play the game fairly and without interference. All coaches are required to sign the rules form and agree to abide by these rules. A club representative signing the TRC on behalf of the coach assumes the responsibility of ensuring that the coach receives and accepts the TRC.
