There are 3 steps to the complete the Program Sign-up:

Step 1:  Complete the online form with the basic information below.  Be sure to click on the 'submit' button when complete.  This adds your name to our mailing list and informs the registrar that the printed forms are coming.

Step 2:  Download Registration Form (click here) and the Medical Release / Indemnification Form (click here) .  Be sure to complete and sign both forms.

Step 3:   Please mail the completed forms and appropriate fee to:

SPRING 2010 DUES-All parents are asked to volunteer 6-8 hours for the Memorial Weekend Tournament which helps offset dues and club expenses. If you would like to volunteer ahead of time with tournament preparation, email tournament@amherstsoccerclub.com.

Your dues help to cover the team’s expenses such as professional and licensed coaches, state registration, league registration, tournament fees, referee fees, camp, insurance, field rental (as of this year we have costs associated with field use).  To help keep the fees reasonable, we use some of the proceeds from our Memorial Day Tournament to offset the dues as well as indoor training costs. Parents are asked to work at the Memorial tournament or find someone to cover their shift. No refunds will be given.
